Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner team with HR Generalist tasks.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support day-to-day HR Generalist activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation & reports
• Assist in resolving employee queries with timely and professional communication.
• Work with HR systems and support HR processes.
• Contribute to HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, audits, intranet modifications, internships programmes coordination.
YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economic Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR oriented positions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Good command of MS Office and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
