THEMA S.A. is looking for a candidate for the following position:

Procurement & Contracts Officer

????Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage purchase requests from requestors based on the technical specifications they will define.
• Identifying reliable suppliers through market research and networking.
• Continuous evaluation of supplier performance to maintain Master Data of reliable partners.
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with quality standards.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, including payment terms, delivery terms and quality standards.
• Monitoring the contract and its execution to ensure compliance with the agreed terms and conditions.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor inventory levels based on standards and procedures.
• Analysis of price trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and guidelines and external regulations.

????Education, Experience and Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management of at least 3 years.
• English at a Proficient Level.
• Knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of SAP will be a plus).
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
