The opportunity
In TAX we help businesses and governments better meet their obligations in a complex global environment and understand the implications of the choices they make.
As a Tax intern, you will gain valuable experiences in a motivating environment and will learn to deal with different people from different backgrounds every day, which will give you continually fresh challenges.
In EY, Tax deals with international taxation systems across a range of industries. As an intern you'll make technical contribution to engagements and internal projects, execute the work plan and assist in preparing reports that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
You will have the opportunity to work in one of the following teams:
• Transfer Pricing
The Greek EY Transfer Pricing team was named “National Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year” in the International Tax Review (ITR) European Tax Awards 2021 for the eight year in a row and eleventh time in total. The TP team provides corporate income tax advice in all aspects of cross-border transactions and help clients with their transfer pricing strategies, including planning, preparing documentation and operation model effectiveness.
• TAX Certificate
We engaged in providing tax certificate services identifying tax exposures and providing solutions to complex tax issues. It shapes business strategies and develops technical skills leveraging digital technology having a global, innovation and analytics mindset.
• Transaction TAX
We help clients in Tax M&A projects at different industry sectors by providing tax due diligence services (buy side and sell side) as well as identifying potential future tax exposures.
• Global Compliance & Reporting
We help clients achieve greater control, efficiency and value across tax and finance by preparing tax calculations, providing tax accounting advisory to improve business performance, managing payroll services as well as tax compliance obligations.
