Ο/Η πρακτικά ασκούμενος θα απασχοληθεί στο τμήμα Product Design and Management της εταιρείας μας με έδρα Πυλαία, Θεσσαλονίκης.
FoodTec Solutions helps restaurants increase their revenue by offering integrated hardware, software, and services that work together. If you enjoy using tools efficiently, getting real value from software, and focusing on results, you would be a great fit for our Customer Success Intern role.
As a CS Intern, you’ll learn how to critically examine customers’ requests, understand the business goals behind them, and recommend the solution that best fits their needs.
Work hours: 11 am – 7 pm
Τα καθήκοντα που θα αναλάβει είναι τα παρακάτω:
● Examine customer requests and find the solutions that will generate the most value for them
and Foodtec
● Build strong customer relationships based on trust and respect
●Participate in new Product Pilots and Product Interviews
● Act as the liaison between the customer and other FoodTec departments Product Design, Web Team and Professional Services
● Prepare reports on account status for senior management
Επιθυμητά προσόντα είναι τα εξής :
● Excellent use of the English Language
● A passion for technology and how it can be used to improve restaurant operations and
profitability
● Experience in the Restaurant industry (preferred)
● Good organizational and communication skills
● Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
● Most importantly, display the 5Fs: Fast, Fit, Focused, Flexible, and capable of having Fun!
