Customer Experience team is responsible for all the E2E shipment handling & customer communication for all Greece & Cyprus accounts. We are looking for a CX specialist who will support the daily business, actively contribute in customer experience and get more familiar with the Operations & Customer Service in both Ocean & Logistics services. Main areas to work with: • Customer cases distribution & handling (issue resolution)• Customer communication support (Live Chat)• Terminal coordination for container moves• Coordination with teams all over the world• Logistic services support• Project managementWe are looking for an Intern who is interested in learning more for Global Trade & Logistics services. English knowledge is mandatory since there is a lot of communication with people all over the globe, as well as good computer skills.No past experience is required, only passion for knowledge, good communication skills & a great team spirit!
