#About Your Role
As a Consultant, in the Brand & Communications team, you will focus on digital marketing, internal communications, and events support, working closely with business teams, leadership, and external partners to deliver integrated, high-quality communication initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s brand and strategic priorities.
#Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital communication initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s business and brand strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and content publishing across owned channels, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s brand, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
- Contribute to campaign performance analysis and reporting, supporting continuous improvement and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and owned channels.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, sponsorships, and career-related initiatives (before, during, and after execution).
- Support internal communications planning and execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across channels.
- Develop, review, and edit communication materials, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s tone of voice and brand values.
- Act as a coordination point between Brand & Communications, business teams, and external partners, supporting timely delivery and effective execution of initiatives.
#RequiredSkills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, corporate communications, digital marketing, or similar environment, ideally within professional services or consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, content formats, and digital best practices.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build trusted relationships.
- Experience with digital tools, CMS platforms, or website analytics will be considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset aligned with a consultant role.
