Your main responsibility
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems (POS, inventory, procurement, finance) to ensure accurate F&B cost reporting.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and KPIs (food & beverage cost %, variances, stock movements) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze trends and anomalies to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for senior management, supporting reviews, supplier assessments, and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT to align data definitions, enhance system integration, and improve reporting accuracy.
- Drive system and process improvements, supporting BI tool implementation (Power BI, Tableau) and standardizing F&B cost reporting across all properties.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar analytical or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); experience with ERP/POS systems, Entersoft preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, delivering a high degree of accuracy and capable of identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both operational and corporate teams and present insights clearly.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership of data accuracy; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
