The role in more detail: We are seeking a Payroll Associate to support the delivery of accurate payroll services and assist in ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations. The role offers hands-on exposure to payroll processes, official submissions, and client service, working closely with senior team members in a professional and collaborative environment.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and electronic submission of documents to the Social Security Office and the ERGANI labor information platform
- Supporting payroll calculations and payroll issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Following and applying Firm policies and procedures in day-to-day payroll tasks
- Supporting the team in adapting to regulatory or procedural changes, with guidance and mentoring
- Upholding high standards of business ethics and professionalism in all tasks
- Contributing to the delivery of high-quality client service, responding to requests and supporting client needs
- Working with team members to support compliance with tax, labor, and accounting laws and standards
The key requirements of this role are (hard & soft skills):
- 0-2 years of professional experience in a payroll role
- Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Knowledge and experience to the ERP of Soft1 and Pylon will be consider as a great asset
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various business technology applications
- Completed military obligations (if applicable)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to professional development
