Your main purpose Support the day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases, ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates in a timely and friendly manner to create a positive candidate experience.
Assist with the preparation and participation in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and supporting them throughout the hiring process.
Follow established recruitment procedures and provide general support to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organised hiring process.
What will you bring? University degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology or another relevant field; studies or coursework in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
Relevant experience in HR, including internships, will be considered as a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and support the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to contribute actively to HR tasks and support the overall Talent Acquisition process.
