ProGnosis Biotech S.A., a growing and innovative biotechnology company, is seeking a
Project Manager to join its team in Larisa. The role plays a key part in planning,
coordinating, and delivering cross-functional projects aligned with the company’s strategic
and operational objectives.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, executing, and
monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Sales,
Marketing, and Quality, ensuring effective communication and alignment across
departments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Coordinate and monitor project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are
• met.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project
• continuity.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory
• requirements where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or
• a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
