We are looking to hire a

Purchasing/Logistics Associate - Spanish Speaking Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: LAP - 0226 About VIPA VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading sectors. Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of16:00 - 00:00 from our office in the city center, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle partners' inquiries and orders
• Communicate with colleagues and logistics partners/customers in Latin America
• Be responsible for the documentation for transportation purposes
• Be in charge of data entry and electronic document management
• Collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Customer-centric approach
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
