Chubb is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position and a compelling opportunity to join a global, growing, financially stable and successful company. Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritise in both the short and longer-term to ensure the internal and external commitments of managers are met
  • React appropriately to each situation
  • Handle difficult, complex, pressing situations which affect our strategy
  • Be the main point of contact for our managers
  • Manage complex diaries for the managers
  • Set up meetings and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Manage in-box and respond to a large proportion of e-mails (including meeting requests)
  • Regularly organise complex travel across time zones, prepare itinerary for business trips, collate, check, reconcile and forward expenses as well as co-ordinate key travel requirements, i.e. VISAs.
  • Enter invoices onto purchase order system; chase up outstanding / pending invoices. You may be required to keep record of purchasing for area to assist with budget and planning.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in similar position in a fast-paced business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Sciences (preferred); a post-graduate degree will be considered an asset
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e. especially in Outlook, Advanced features of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (both in Greek and English language)
  • Very strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business
  • Flexibility, determination and adaptability through your work and approach
