Chubb is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement Total Rewards program in line with the company’s strategy, internal fairness and external competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Work with the Talent Acquisition teams for finalizing offer fitments!
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
- Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- Coordinate compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers and other stakeholders about compensation and benefits programs, policies and practices.
- Manage and process more complex payroll changes, including bonuses, remote working, military leave etc. Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes
- Prepare all legal document related to labor law and conduct Labor Law compliance checks list for all staffs and offices
- Craft and analyze detailed HR reports with a twinkle in your eye, bringing numbers to life with engaging insights to affect our strategy
- Review internal rules, HR Policy and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements and provide legal advice to HR team
- Keep our HR operations running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring all employee data is up to date and accurate
- Design and implement company policies
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll, Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations roles
- Solid understanding of payroll calculation and processing
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance will be a plus
- Solid understanding of greek labor law, employment rules and regulations
- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask working on multiple projects
