Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Entersoft Consultant to join us in Athens/Patra/Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP, CRM, and WMS solutions based on Entersoft platforms.
Αρμοδιότητες
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Entersoft ERP, CRM, or WMS solutions.
- Implement and configure Entersoft applications to meet client needs.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Entersoft systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Entersoft features and updates to provide the best service to clients.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with Entersoft solutions (ERP, CRM, WMS).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
- Experience with Entersoft implementation and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
