Our client engagements are predominantly in industries and organizations facing important - often profound - transitions. We typically work with CEOs, business unit heads and other members of the senior management team.

As a member of our Strategy & Business design team, you will help our clients to address business-critical issues, and support executive level decision makers in finding solutions to answer complex strategic dilemmas.

#AboutYourRole

As a Consultant in our S&BD team, you will engage with senior executives across industries, to develop innovative strategies that address their most pressing challenges. You will leverage your expertise to support decision-making through advanced analytics, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with senior project members to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives;
• Gather and analyze relevant information via stakeholder interviews, data analysis, benchmarking information and translate those into valuable insights
• Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders
• Have quality discussions with clients at C-suite level, demonstrate creativity combined with starting strategy and industry knowledge;
• Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute this strategy;
• Involvement in business development activities

#OurRequirements

• A Master's degree or MBA in Business or Economics or in science, engineering or analytics but complemented with solid knowledge of business concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in spoken/written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with analytical and visualization software and methods: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau
• First working experience in business & strategy consulting, strategy or business transformation positions in the industry is a plus.
