Your main responsibility

  • Support Finance departmentin the transition from traditional reporting tools (Excel & PowerPoint) to the CPM system, by collecting, uploading, and validating financial and non-financial historical/forecasted data in the system to ensure accuracy and timeliness, ensuring data consistency across the platform and collaborating with other functions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Corporate Performance Management Tool Administration, undergoing training to certify in CCH Tagetik (CPM system), taking ownership of administering the tool including managing the data model, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and acting as a liaison with the software provider for technical support and updates.
  • User Training & Support in the CPM system, acting as system evangelist by providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users, developing and maintaining user guides, training materials and FAQs, and conducting training sessions to ensure proper usage and understanding of the tool’s functionalities.
  • System Integration & Improvementsby working closely with IT/Data teams to integrate the performance tool with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools), identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending enhancements, and collaborating with external vendors to implement upgrades, patches, and new features.
  • Financial Reporting & Data Analysis, utilizing advanced Excel Power Query and SQL skills to convert existing planning models into the CPM system, creating insightful reports and dashboards related to financial performance, forecasts, and other business-critical metrics, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data used in reports and dashboards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvementby partnering with stakeholders from various departments to understand reporting needs and deliver value through the CPM tool, while continuously seeking feedback from users to drive system enhancements and improve overall user experience.


Your main qualifications/skills

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Postgraduate degree in a related field (nice to have).
  • Experience in Data & Reporting:Minimum 5 years of experience in data modelling, ideally in Finance. Experience with data analysis, performance reporting, and corporate KPI tracking.
  • Experience with Systems & Tools:Experience administering ERP/CPM tools (CCH Tagetik is considered an asset). Experience with system integration is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:Strong understanding of data modeling, data integrity, and performance metrics. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data processing/visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
  • Communication & Problem Solving:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
