Join our dynamic team at KLEEMANN Headoffice as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, where you will play a key role as a member of the Group Compensation & Benefits Team.
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. This role will report directly to the Group Compensation and Benefits Manager and will play a crucial part in supporting the design, development, implementation and administration of our compensation and benefits programs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR role.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Office 365 apps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Support the annual salary review process and performance appraisal system.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records.
- Provide support in the preparation of compensation and benefits reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to address compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
