The ΙΤ Business Analyst role entails the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive business analysis and functional specification documents.
• Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional modules.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the development team throughout all phases of the agile development lifecycle, supporting QA and support teams to ensure quality and functionality.

If you are the successful IT Business Analyst, you need to have the following:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role being able to gather & translate business needs in tech teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in the Agile software development methodology
• Understanding of technical concepts related to software development
• Fluency in English and solid presentation skills

• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Able to manage time and handle multiple tasks

• Eagerness to learn
