Junior IT Support
Job Description
• Provide technical assistance and support to internal customers for issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Set up and configure laptops, iPads, mobile phones and other devices for new and existing employees following corporate standards
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and devices to ensure optimal performance
• Cooperate with IT corporate depts to deliver planned technical improvements and recurring maintenance to local environment
• Conduct training sessions for employees on the use of new hardware and software
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations and support activities
• Open to onboard in business procedures and applications support
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Service Now would be a plus
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting laptops an other electronic devices
• Fluency in English
• Drive for results, high level of initiative & autonomy
• Team player with group facilitation skills
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a team player.
