Your main responsibility

  • Partner with department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, IT, ESG,HR) to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and develop business cases for new initiatives, projects, or investments.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, while continuously improving reporting processes, tools, and systems.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across business units, contributing to strategic planning and long-term financial modelling.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvement, and monitor financial performance against targets to support corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to financial governance, compliance, and internal controls, while working closely with the FP&A and Accounting teams to maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy by integrating financial insights, improving processes, and supporting decision-making across the organization.


Your main qualifications/skills

  • University degree in Finance or Economics, backed by an MSc in Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Business, or Big 4 Consulting Firms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience will be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, fluent in both English and Greek.
  • Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP systems will be considered an asset; team spirit and ability to coordinate several activities across the Group.
  • Ability to contribute effectively across teams and projects while integrating technical skills, analytical insights, and strategic understanding.
