Role Description

As anAffiliate Account Manager, you will manage international client accounts and use your analytical and interpersonal strengths to support campaign success. Your ability to negotiate, interpret performance data, and maintain strong communication will be key to driving growth for both our clients and W-Digital.


Position: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Take ownership of account KPIs, with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Use your analytical skills to generate, interpret, and present campaign data using tools such as Excel, internal reporting platforms, and automation systems.
  • Be technology-savvy: adapt quickly to new tools and help streamline internal processes through automation and tech-based solutions.
  • Negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Set up and optimize digital campaigns while maintaining high standards of execution.
  • Clearly communicate campaign results and updates to clients and commercial partners.


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or another client-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with experience using Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), internal reporting platforms, and automation systems.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • International work experience or client communication across time zones is a plus.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
