We are now looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our Thessaloniki office and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting services.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Consultant to support the management and successful implementation of co-funded projects under the NSRF (ESPA) and related national programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all stages of approved projects, ensuring compliance with program requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and evaluation authorities.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, timely submissions, and successful audits and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the implementation of approved NSRF/ESPA projects
  • Communicate with clients and provide support throughout all implementation stages
  • Prepare and submit requests to the relevant evaluation authorities
  • Organize and update project files in accordance with internal procedures
  • Coordinate on-site inspections and disbursement processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments and ensure adherence to timelines

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience in NSRF/ESPA projects or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Greek & English (additional foreign language is a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge and use of the OPSKE information system.
  • Team-oriented with a methodical and result-driven mindset
