Portfolio Advisory Operations Associate(on behalf of Alpha Real Estate Services S.A.)
Alpha Real Estate Services S.A., a subsidiary of theAlpha Bank Groupspecializing in the management and development of real estate assets, is seeking to hire aPortfolio Advisory Operations Associateto join itsInvestments and Portfolio Advisory Division.
As aPortfolio Advisory Operations Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection, organization, and monitoring of all required data and documentation for valuation reports, including title deeds, building permits, and floor plans. You will support the valuation process end to end, ensuring accurate file completion and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of valuation projects.
What you will be doing
- Perform the general administration of valuation files, including reception, control, assignment, time monitoring, correction, authorization, dispatch, and archiving
- Manage valuations received by the company’s internal valuers and reviewers, as well as external valuation associates and engineers
- Ensure correct classification of received files within the Unified Corporate Valuation Management System (UCVMS) or in physical archives
- Assign unique identification numbers to valuation files, indicating the originating administration office
- Ensure identification and traceability of valuation files upon request by stakeholders
- Monitor valuation cases on a daily basis, including data collection, timely assignment, and inspection date scheduling
- Verify the proper application of valuation procedures in accordance with predefined company policies
What you need to have
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Business Management
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative roles supporting multiple stakeholders, preferably within valuation-related procedures
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of valuation management systems, such as the Unified Corporate Valuation Management System (UCVMS)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, high integrity, and a solid understanding of business operations
