Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialistto join our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and manage user accounts. He/She will play a crucial role in maintaining IT infrastructure.
Αρμοδιότητες

Assist in managing the local IT infrastructure, including central systems (e.g. Active Directory) and end-users computing equipment.

Install and configure software applications according to provided specifications and user requirements.

Provide application systems troubleshooting support.

Setting up new computers using disk imaging.

Conducting computer repairs and upgrades.
-
Managing printer-related issues (e.g., clearing paper jams, replacing consumables).

Handling workstation relocations (computers, monitors, etc.) and making adjustments to structured cabling.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

1-3 years of professional experience in related role.

Excellent command of MS-Office applications.

Familiarity with using ticketing systems.

Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.
