Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece Group, is looking for people to staff the following position:

Commissions & Accounting Analyst


Job Description

• Calculate commissions accurately and on time, following complex compensation plans.
• Review and match financial data and ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial results, find differences, and assist with monthly and yearly closings.
• Prepare detailed commission and financial reports for internal teams, ensuring transparency and readiness for audits.
• Support financial planning by providing insights from accounting and commission data.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documents and answering questions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and commission processing.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is essential 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
