Candidate Profile:
Bilingual proficiency with excellent command of English and Greek (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional communication skills with professional demeanor
Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
Discretion in handling sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
Handle correspondence and communications with clients and suppliers
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management
Coordinate with departments to streamline internal processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
