In this role you will be a part of Talent & Employee Experience team which is responsible for the identification and development of talent, core capabilities building, skilling and reskilling to encourage focused and effective development of our people.
You will also actively participate in designing and promoting employee experience initiatives to create an impact on employee engagement.
Your main responsibilities as an Employee Experience Officer will be:
- supporting, monitoring and reporting on doLearn Academy, and administering its operation
- designing training materials and content for learners and instructors (including but not limited to facilitator guides, presentation decks, participant workbooks, job aids)
- administering, feeding and working through SAP Success Factors.
- administering Performance management System (goal setting, mid year review, end of year)
- participating in the execution of retention, engagement & recognition programs, employee appreciation campaigns and corporate sponsored company-wide employee engagement activities
- actively participating in in Employer Branding Initiatives

The ideal candidate for this Employee Experience Officer position should have/be:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or other related field. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- 0-2 years of experience in L&D in a fast paced environment
- Target oriented, with strong skills in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow
- Capable to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
- Team oriented, with ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills both in Greek and in English language
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
