As an HR Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage administrative tasks related to payroll and employee records, including systems such as Ergani
- Assist in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from job posting to onboarding
- Support and coordinate the performance review cycle
- Contribute to employer branding strategies and initiatives
- Organize internal HR-related events
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards

The ideal candidate for the position of HR Specialist will be expected to possess the following:
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong computer literacy, excellent skills in Excel
- Knowledge of Greek labor law and HR compliance requirements

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High motivation
- Professionalism

1–3 years of professional experience in a similar HR role
