About the Team

The Hotelizer team within our Group, webhotelier | primalres, is composed of professionals with extensive experience in both hospitality operations and technology. 

We are building the next generation of hotel management software (PMS) that simplifies complexity and empowers hoteliers. 

As part of this team, you will be working closely with product, support, and implementation specialists to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients in Greece and beyond.

 

About the Role

We are hiring a POS Support Specialist for a full-time position.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of our Point‑of‑Sale systems—both hardware and software—by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain system reliability, security, and performance.

The Hotelizer hotel program, which you will work for, is a modern cloud PMS (Property Management System) which belongs to the webhotelier | primalres group of companies.

Hotelizer Cloud PMS makes use of the latest technologies offered by the internet and flexibly and comprehensively covers the needs and specificities of modern hotel businesses and tourist accommodations, regardless of size, organization, and the range of services they offer.

Indicative Responsibilities

  • Set up the hotelizer POS ordering software, including connecting printers and card terminals (pos).
  • Diagnose and resolve POS software/hardware issues (terminals, printers) 
  • Provide support via phone and email.
  • Manage system settings and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT/product teams to integrate with other systems (e.g., payment systems, networks).
  • Document issues, resolutions, and create user guides/knowledge base articles 
  • Escalate complex technical issues and support vendor coordination

Requirements

The ideal candidate possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1–3 years’ experience in POS or technical support roles 
  • Strong understanding of POS hardware and software, including payment terminals and network basics 
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills 
  • Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems and processes
