Role Overview:

Financial Europeans is seeking a proactive Influencer Coordinator/ Influencer Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met through successful influencer marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing campaign execution, strategy alignment, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring campaigns align with their business objectives.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that deliver results.

• Upselling & Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by introducing new campaign ideas, creators, and partnership opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with influencer managers, content teams, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• Project Coordination: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Client-Focused Mindset: Strong ability to understand and meet client needs while maintaining long-term relationships.

• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with clients, resolve issues, and negotiate contract terms.

• Digital Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Notion) and familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Capability to develop marketing strategies that drive business results.

• Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and German are required; additional European language skills are a plus.

• Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work independently, manage client relationships remotely, and maintain strong organizational skills.
