1) Once again, we are expanding our team and we are seeking Regional Development Consultantswho will actively contribute to the planning and implementation of high-value projects; as well as to the operation of our Procurements’ Team.

Key Responsibilities as Regional Development Consultant

• Contribute to the design and execution of studies and analyses for projects related to economy, society, environment, and innovation.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals for national and European programs (Interreg, Horizon Europe, Regional and Sectoral Operational Programmes, RRF, etc.).
• Support the organization and monitoring of projects, collaborating with public entities, organizations, and research institutions.
• Actively participate in content creation, including technical reports, policy proposals, and analytical reports.
• Work on real-life projects that shape the future of public administration and regional development.
• Get involved in the full cycle of tendering procedures in accordance with Law 4412/2016 and relevant EU frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Economics, Political-Social Sciences, Engineering or Natural Sciences
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and collaboration/analysis tools
• Excellent scientific writing and analytical skills

Additional assets

• 3+ years of experience in studies, scientific writing, research, or European projects
• Strong knowledge of statistics, quantitative methods, and analysis tools
• Experience in project management and monitoring
• Involvement in research or other European projects (Interreg, Horizon, ERASMUS+, CERV etc.)
• Experience in participating in tenders or supporting the tendering process based on the legislative framework of Law 4412/2016
• Additional language skills (beyond English)
