Administrative Assistant


Job description:

  • Management of incoming calls and emails, responding when necessary and forwarding messages to the appropriate colleagues.
  • Sorting and retrieving documents and reference materials; archiving.
  • Conducting market research, gathering data, and preparing presentations and documents for review by the management team.
  • Participating in the drafting and creation of lease contracts and rental agreements.
  • Managing and reconciling expense reports and purchase orders.
  • Ensuring a consistent and professional image through in-person and online interactions.


Candidate profile:

  • University degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality
